NeonNow Release 3.34 is a major update that expands all three products. Outreach gains full email campaign support through SendGrid, NeonNow Admin introduces multi-organisation accounts alongside self-service account management, and CX adds native preview dialling for outbound campaigns. This release also brings IQ performance and streaming improvements, refreshed help documentation, and a range of stability fixes.

A single account can now belong to more than one organisation. You can switch between the organisations you are a member of without signing out, and each organisation now appears in the URL so you can bookmark and return to a specific one.
1.2 [New] Account Management
You can now manage your own account from a dedicated account area, including changing your name and password, viewing and managing your organisation memberships, and deleting your account.
1.3 IQ
- Multiple Models: IQ now uses multiple models across its features to improve performance.
- Streaming Responses: IQ messages now stream in real time, similar to other AI apps.
- Health Check: The IQ health check section now shows all required models.
1.4 Other Changes
- Idle Sign-Out: The sign-out experience is now based on app activity and has been improved. After two hours of inactivity, the app counts down and prompts you to sign out.
- CX Defaults : After-call work (ACW) and missed interactions are now enabled by default on new CX contact centres.
1.5 Fixes
- Provisioning Mappings: Resolved an issue where a failure to save external provisioning mappings did not show any feedback or error message.
- Contact Centre Creation: Resolved an issue where the contact centre link field could wrap onto multiple lines during CX contact centre creation.
